Located on a side road, La Choza is in a quiet position with private (garage) parking, but is still within walking distance of the wonderful communal facilities that Monte De Los Almendros has to offer.
A series of steps lead down to the large private pool and terrace area. Here you can relax under the shady pergola, or enjoy a BBQ as the sun goes down.
The house enjoys a large kitchen with seating area that is fully equipped with everything you would need, even an ice-making machine !
With several different seating areas in the lounge and multiple terraces, this is a great house for groups who want to enjoy a fantastic holiday together, but still have a degree of separation.
The house has four double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and one with an ensuite. Two of the bedrooms have private terraces with lovely views down to the Med and the town of Salobrena.
With marble flooring throughout and plenty of modern touches (plus a rather unique bathroom which we refer to as the 'James Bond bathroom'), this is lovely home in which to spend a holiday.
